Here is the IT lab where students can go on a lot with computers. The school has specializations networks and web technologies. I work as a teacher in web technology. This means that students immerse themselves in different programming languages, database management, web development courses. It's fun to be a teacher when students want to learn and they work a lot with my subjects at home too.
It sounds like you have succeeded, and received interest conditioned students.
ReplyDeleteYes, for the most part they like my subjects when they have an interest in computers, and often it is something new they can learn. Many want to work with IT in some way in the future.
DeleteGood for the student that you are making the teaching fun. Do they bring there own computers too school? Are they doing any repair on computers?

ReplyDeleteIts two good questions. After training, it should be possible to directly start a career or further study within the UAS. All students attending a vocational program is also able to read basic eligibility for higher education during the training in secondary schools. To achieve this, the student chooses to read the courses in Swedish and English, provides basic eligibility for higher education to higher education.

The greatest chance for jobs the students have through their practice (APU). The studens sometimes work extra in the evenings and weekends now. They can work as an electronics production, home service technicians, network engineers, distribution electrician, electrician and service provider. But it depends on which direction they choose.
