The student dis something wrong. They put the cabels together not correct. So it started to burn the cabels. We have a diskussion and solved the problem.
The student did not looked at there electric schema, when they put the cabels togheter. They put the positiv into the ground. And the resullt, you can see at the picture.
Hi Fredrik This is a very good approach so that the students can make the mistakes in a learning situation instead of in their place of business. Making mistakes like this usually means that they never make the mistake again.
When you discussed the problem did you discuss it with the whole group to problem solve the issue, or was it just one to one with the particular student? Susanne
Do you make up problems that you know will be situatones that might ofter happen in real life or you wait for what will happen after what the studetns do?
Hi Ingemar Sometimes i do truble for the student. And then i try to make it look realistic to real problems. And ofcurse makes the student there own problems, and they learn alot of that.

No, al student was there when we talked about the problem.
